Rental terms

1. Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A rental is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.

Prices shown on the website are estimates. The price and handover details are confirmed in our reply.

2. Rider requirements

The rider must hold a valid driving licence that covers motorcycles. An International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category is strongly recommended.

Rider and passenger must wear helmets at all times and follow Thai traffic law.

3. Deposit, passport and payment

No deposit is required.

We never keep your passport. We take a copy of it at handover.

Nothing is paid through the website. Payment options are confirmed when we reply.

4. Insurance and damage

We explain insurance cover at handover. Please ask any questions before you ride.

Check with your own travel insurer whether you are covered to ride a motorbike in Thailand.

5. Helmets and fuel

Each rental includes two helmets.

Rentals of 30 days or more include a free full tank of fuel. For shorter rentals, fuel is not included.

6. Delivery and collection

Free delivery and collection within 10 km of our Khao Takiab shop are available for rentals of 7 days or more.

Shorter rentals are collected from and returned to the shop. For areas beyond 10 km, availability and any fee are confirmed when you message us.

7. Changes, extensions and cancellations

Please tell us about any change as early as possible. Extensions depend on availability. Our cancellation terms are confirmed when we reply to your request.
